What do you like best about diib?

As I already said that I landed on this amazing tool after viewing a Facebook ad. I had a free trial for full access for three days, but I joined the pro on just the second day and for a month. So now let’s start the diib review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about diib?

Problem with Bad-backlink finding and related objective. It repeats some objectives and alerts the next day even after completing it. Sometimes it shows some objectives which depend on the search engine or the other website. So, in this case, you just have to ignore them because you can’t do anything. What problems is diib solving and how is that benefiting you?

one-stop solution for all SEO needs, you can automate many things which save lot of time, I recently worked on my agency website I have seen SEO improvements in 3 months. all thanks to diib Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Our experience with Diib "professionally" managed blog content"

What do you like best about diib?

15 minutes for $15 was a really wonderful service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about diib?

They never actually delivered our blog post. We purchased 5. They only ever sent over 3 for our approval and then those 3 blogs never made it to being posted before we were charged another $500. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering diib:

We did the 15 minutes for $15 and it was wonderful, so our company decided to try the $500 a month "Pro Managed Service" for blog content. We registered on 8/20/2021.

On or around 9/13/2021 we received 3 short articles for us to approve, which we did. These articles were never posted to our website though!

On 9/20/2021 (Monday) I asked about the two remaining articles and when the 3 we approved would be posted. I received:

"I apologize - I have not added the articles to the blog yet. I am working on getting those posted this week. I sincerely apologize about the delay. I'm also looking into what happened with the posts, as it looks like the information I got originally for your content may have been incorrect. I am tracking that down now, and if it was, I will be happy to add the missing articles on to this month's order.

The guest posts have been ordered and confirmed, but I am still waiting on the links for those. Again, I apologize about the delay. I will send you the links to these as soon as I have them.

I truly apologize about the delays and any inconvenience this has caused. I am working to rectify all of these issues now."

9-24-2021 (Friday) still nothing has been posted, the two missing blog post are still missing, and now we've been charged another $500 for the next month.

I contacted customer support for a refund at this point because I'm sick of worrying about "professionals" not doing their job in a timely manner.

(how long does it take to post 3 finished and approved blog posts?!)

Diib customer service said: "After reviewing your account, I show the following content has already been ordered and approved. Once an order has been started, we cannot issue a refund."

We have now contacted our credit card company and have disputed both months of charges.

I would strongly advise avoiding this company... what a headache. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about diib?

Dashboard is good - tracks and measures various metrics, backlinks, keywords, etc. Generally good customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about diib?

The content they wrote for me was awful (inaccurate, poorly written) - think junk/spam articles that most people would never read. I even gave them written articles that they could optimize/re-work but they refused. Instead, they kept sending me the iterations of the same poorly written junk, slightly rephrased. I was interested in buying more of their services, they said an experts would be swift with their responses but the truth is it's completely the opposite.
