Misleading Advertising and Poor Customer Service **Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Bohdan D. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025 **What do you like best about diib?** It's easy for beginners, very visual and simple to follow. **What do you dislike about diib?** I signed up for Diib based on their promise of a DA67 backlink—an offer they prominently advertise. Unfortunately, that backlink was never delivered. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to their support team, I received no helpful response or resolution. To make matters worse, they charged me nearly £100 again without any notice, even though the core feature I signed up for was never fulfilled. Overall, Diib has been a huge disappointment. The service is overpriced and doesn’t deliver on its promises. Poor customer support and misleading marketing make this a platform I cannot recommend. Definitely not worth the investment. **What problems is diib solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides more holistic angle to SEO compare to AHREFS ### 2. Went for the content creation and was sent articles that were contradictory, mixed terms that cant be mixed, were factually incorrect and the advice contravened legislation. Explained this and was sent another set of poorly written articles. Chased up the updates, only to be told that the work had fallen through the cracks. Was assured that the articles would be created as a priority. Chased this again a month or so later and was told that they had fallen through yet more cracks. At this point, almost a year later, I asked for our money back and was offered twice the content for the same price. This felt like I’d have twice the aggravation and twice the inaccuracies rather than twice the content so I asked for my money back. With paypal fees for converting the sent and received money we are out of pocket but chalk that up to experience. We now use a local SEO company who only offer services where we will see a benefit. **What problems is diib solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gave a view of our SEO ranking but was too generic to take some of the scores at face value ### 3. For example, it is January 6 and the last alert shown is from December 30. **What problems is diib solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm not sure about the benefits yet. ### 4. Managed Services Mismanaged **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Karen M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2023 **What do you like best about diib?** The software, on self serve, is pretty useful and offers real insights you can take action on. **What do you dislike about diib?** I purchased the $2500/month Managed Services package in January 2023 and received nothing for it (not one deliverable) until I complained on 2/16/23 and asked for a refund. I was told I would hear back from the Client Service Manager. I had to follow up two more times before that individual responded. On 2/22 they sent 5 articles that were supposedly written in January but Google Docs version history showed that they were started after I complained. They were also written by a different person than I was told would be writing them. My original writer had left on 2/3 without sending any deliverables. The new writer never reached out until I complained. I had never heard of or spoken to the actual writers that showed up on Google Docs version history. So, as of 2/23 I had been charged over $5000. I was told they could not refund January since the work had been done in January (again Google Docs version history disputes that). I was told I would get a refund for February and my account would be canceled. Then I got charged on 3/4/23. So 7,500. I have since seen one refund come through and am told there will be another refund but I warn anyone to really be careful working with this company. I do not recommend you do but if you choose to absolutely do not allow them to run your card until they have proven they will not mismanage your account. Buy one month at a time, if any. Do not commit to more until you see deliverables. **What problems is diib solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I said, the software is useful. Good insights. The Managed Services is highly not recommended due to them not providing agreed upon deliverables. ### 5. I contacted their support team and reported the issue multiple times, waited two months and no one tried to fix it for me even though I got told "Oh, it does that sometimes" I got no value from the product and didn't get any extra insight into my business at all. **What problems is diib solving and how is that benefiting you?** Diib was supposed to give me an all encompassing tool for my SEO with the option of getting professional help and guidance in certain places when needed, however, I signed up and it was simply an attempt to upsell me. ### 6. We purchased 5. They only ever sent over 3 for our approval and then those 3 blogs never made it to being posted before we were charged another $500. **Recommendations to others considering diib:** We did the 15 minutes for $15 and it was wonderful, so our company decided to try the $500 a month "Pro Managed Service" for blog content. We registered on 8/20/2021. On or around 9/13/2021 we received 3 short articles for us to approve, which we did. These articles were never posted to our website though! On 9/20/2021 (Monday) I asked about the two remaining articles and when the 3 we approved would be posted. I received: "I apologize - I have not added the articles to the blog yet. I am working on getting those posted this week. I sincerely apologize about the delay. I'm also looking into what happened with the posts, as it looks like the information I got originally for your content may have been incorrect. I am tracking that down now, and if it was, I will be happy to add the missing articles on to this month's order. The guest posts have been ordered and confirmed, but I am still waiting on the links for those. Again, I apologize about the delay. I will send you the links to these as soon as I have them. I truly apologize about the delays and any inconvenience this has caused. I am working to rectify all of these issues now." 9-24-2021 (Friday) still nothing has been posted, the two missing blog post are still missing, and now we've been charged another $500 for the next month. I contacted customer support for a refund at this point because I'm sick of worrying about "professionals" not doing their job in a timely manner. (how long does it take to post 3 finished and approved blog posts?!) Diib customer service said: "After reviewing your account, I show the following content has already been ordered and approved. Once an order has been started, we cannot issue a refund." We have now contacted our credit card company and have disputed both months of charges. I would strongly advise avoiding this company... what a headache. **What problems is diib solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were trying to solve our Blogs SEO problem, but we ended up just waiting around for a month for nothing. ### 7.
