DigProof is field operations software for self-performing heavy civil contractors. It connects field execution, equipment, captured job records, and office decisions in one platform. Crews clock in and out from the phone with a location point saved when the phone shares it. Field workers track hours, record incidents, near-misses, and toolbox talks, and ask the office questions directly from the jobsite. The end-of-day daily report is completed with proof photos. Machine Down and Work Stopped reports reach the office. Equipment tracking covers each asset's jobsite, status, and assignment history. The Command plan adds daily reports, dispatch, equipment, plans, RFIs, change requests, and Proof Packages generated from captured records. An Operations Brief gives the office a morning view of what needs attention. Two plans are offered: Essentials, a lightweight plan for small self-performing contractors covering time, safety records, and field-to-office questions, and Command for broader operations.
