What do you dislike about Digitate?

Not familiar with it's monitoring capabilities; we often run into concerns and roadblocks around how much access the tool requires to meet an improvement opportunity. This may be preventing us from using to full potential (read / write to tables) because we can't justify the risk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Digitate?

The user interface can be difficult to navigate initially and is not immediately intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Digitate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ignio has provide us improved insight into our operations through alert trending and correlation. We have also implemented automation of several tasks and identified other's for future automation. We also look forward to leveraging Ignio for baselining our application/systems performance and capacity planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
