This provided value quickly while they also trained our personell to use the product. ignio is highly custonizable. We have had several use cases that were unique to our environment and Digitate worked with us to provide a custom solution **What do you dislike about Digitate?** Support hours were not ideal for Western Hemisphere clients. Digitate has addressed that issue and there is more support available than previously. I would also like more complete documentation for the product especially a more comprehensive development guide for studio. **What problems is Digitate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our primary use of ignio is to use automation to eliminate human intervention in operations. We have automations for Linux, Windows several types of databases and various middleware products. These automations have saved hundreds of hours a week of human intervention ### 2. We use AOIpS integrated with DXIM to generate ServiceNOW Incidents, setting appropriate Priority, routing to the right team to remediate, whilst filtering out the noise of duplicates, or replicas, and automatically resolve where possible. **What do you dislike about Digitate?** Initially we had huge number of incidents, but as Digitate Support and users learned the high logging issues, filtering has benefitted hugely. Apart from that, the product itself has a very user friendly UI and clean interface. Integration with UC4 has been a plus. The professional services team has been very good about heavy lifting on integration of the tool. Customer feedback is taken into account by this team when feedback is clearly provided. **What do you dislike about Digitate?** Based on SME feedback, event orchestration portion of the product has little way to go before covering all bases. While integration has been smooth, API calls we assumed would be the case initially have mostly been replaced by DB query level integration. **What problems is Digitate solving and how is that benefiting you?** At the onset, ignio was selected to solve positive validation in our Operations.
