**What do you like best about Digital Wrench?**

What I liked about Digital Wrench was work order format. It was clear and concise, easy to understand and relay to retail customers.

**What do you dislike about Digital Wrench?**

I did not like the interface in general for Digital Wrench, I found myself having to back track a lot to get the information I needed from different parts of the software. The customer support is also non existent unless you pay for it.

**What problems is Digital Wrench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digital wrench was helpful in creating work orders and invoices. We used this software for many years with little to no issues.

**What do you like best about Digital Wrench?**

The program holds a large parts inventory, this was very important when we were looking for shop software. I also like that there are several work order formats to choose from

**What do you dislike about Digital Wrench?**

I wish there was more reporting options, such as a report that has the option for all open invoices for a customer as well as being able to get a report for all invoices open and closed

**Recommendations to others considering Digital Wrench:**

very good, covers all the needed bases

**What problems is Digital Wrench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps our parts pricing to be consistent. As well as the ability to build packages including labor and parts
