I have encountered minimal challenges in configuring all necessary elements for my events. Facilitating communication, whether with individuals or a group of participants, is exceptionally straightforward. Despite utilizing the 'basic' version, the software surpasses typical expectations associated with basic versions, given its robust features. The customer service representatives have consistently exhibited excellence. In my interactions with the CSOs regarding the product, I anticipated potential upselling to premium levels, but to my satisfaction, they have provided genuine and practical solutions within the existing 'basic' version I am currently utilizing. **What do you dislike about Digital Signup?** Regrettably, the 'basic' program lacks the capability to incorporate 'forms' or 'releases,' which are frequently essential for our community outreach events. However, I must commend the customer service representatives for their invaluable assistance in navigating and addressing this particular challenge. **What problems is Digital Signup solving and how is that benefiting you?** The platform enabled us to facilitate the registration of meeting and training participants for specific session times, effectively managing and restricting the number of individuals in each training session. While alternative sites with similar functionalities exist, what sets this one apart is its streamlined process, eliminating the need for participants to create new logins. ### 2. On top of that the customer support provided by Digital Signup is notch. There is lack of support. **What do you dislike about Digital Signup?** Unfortunately their response time is quite slow leaving us hanging when we encounter problems or need assistance. This lack of help disrupts our operations. Negatively impacts our progress.. It is quite frustrating relying on a platform that doesn't prioritize support for its users. **What problems is Digital Signup solving and how is that benefiting you?** Digital Signup is not capable to completely solved the problem we had with managing and organizing class registrations. They can also register and pay for classes independently which takes a lot of stress away when one is in charge of overseeing the training. For students, it's also extremely good in giving year end reports and does a very good analysis of yearly progress. **What do you dislike about Digital Signup?** It affords very little flexibility when the purpose of the courses is to train people. In my opinion, it's quite good for people learning themselves or catching up on skills, but not good at all as a training software. **Recommendations to others considering Digital Signup:** Please consider this only if you are looking to train people who are looking to catch up on skills while working or are going to learn yourself. It allows you to have a single login for your entire family, and also to pay together.
