**What do you like best about Digital Signup?**

The customization options are limited as they does not allow me to tailor the software to perfectly fit my needs. On top of that the customer support provided by Digital Signup is notch. There is lack of support.

**What do you dislike about Digital Signup?**

Unfortunately their response time is quite slow leaving us hanging when we encounter problems or need assistance. This lack of help disrupts our operations. Negatively impacts our progress.. It is quite frustrating relying on a platform that doesn't prioritize support for its users.

**What problems is Digital Signup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digital Signup is not capable to completely solved the problem we had with managing and organizing class registrations. User Interface is not user friendly to use. This software has decreased business growth.
