I like how easy to use the Samba Live platform is. The UI is simple and intuitive. Anyone could learn how to use it in minutes. I also love how easy it is to set up and join meetings. If I have a meeting with a potential client, I can organise it and send out invites in minutes.

You get access to all the features you would ever need within a video meeting. The features I use the most are screen-sharing, file-sharing, video recording, and the shared whiteboard. Being browser-based means clients don't have to download any new software to join my meetings.

Samba Live allows me to maintain a professional image in my online meetings easily. The pricing policy is fair. You pay just a little bit more than the cheaper platforms, but in my opinion, you get a much better product.

You can arrange a customized loby for your attendees. It is good feature which we did not find in zoom. You do not have to download the software, browser version is enough to join the webinars and virtual conferences. As organizer we were able to customize the notification alerts for our attendees. For Webinars or Virtual conferences when you send invitation to the panellists or speakers there is 50/50 chance that they do not receive this inviation email and link not even to the spam. Organizer can not arrange customized re-occuring conference sessions. We wanted arrange a week event with one registration link because each day we would discuss different subtopic of the main topic. But with one registration link it was not possible. Moreover, the software interface is not fancy enough. There is not any distinguising feature or sign to identify host and speaker. Samba Live offers many collaborative features that make 1:1 meetings, group meetings but also webinars interactive. I really enjoyed the whiteboard feature and the possibility to upload documents and/or videos for sharing.

The admin interface (where you manage your account) feels a bit overwhelming sometimes. Nevertheless, it's easy to set up a meeting and the meeting interface itself is great.
