Digital Room Service is a browser-based hotel guest-service and operations platform that lets guests scan a room QR to order food or request hotel services, while hotel teams manage room-service orders, staff assignments, service workflows, billing, and guest requests from a central Command Center. Guests can order in-room dining or request housekeeping, fresh towels and amenities, laundry pickup, maintenance or luggage assistance with no app download and no mandatory account. Staff use a browser-based portal with QR + PIN access, shift check-in and optional Room QR task verification. Billing supports charge to room, U.S. sales tax and service charges. It works on mobile, tablet and desktop with no proprietary hardware.
