Iris is a lean CRM for sales and field sales teams in small and mid-sized companies, developed by Digital Rally GmbH in Plattling, Germany. Iris keeps customer records, contacts, visit reports, follow-ups and revenue in one place. Every customer has an account owner, and "only my customers" shows each rep their own accounts. After a visit, phone call or video call, reps write a visit report with notes and next steps. The follow-up is created with the report and lands directly in their Outlook calendar. Due and overdue follow-ups are listed in one view. Iris flags "quiet customers" with no contact for a set number of days, so you see where your field team should get back in touch. The dashboard shows top customers by revenue and who hasn't been contacted in a while. With the AI analysis, users ask questions about customers, revenue or visits in plain language, for example "Which customers in Bavaria have had no contact for six months?", and Iris answers from the data, including charts. Iris runs as a web app in the browser on servers in Germany and costs 19 EUR per user per month, excl. VAT. The user interface is in German. If your process needs more than a standard CRM, the Digital Rally team extends Iris for you.
