What do you like best about Froogal?

The thing that I like the most about Froogal is that it truly understands the root of the challenges a B2C brand faces and then they come up with the most innovative solutions to tackle them in a very easy way. The initial setup and integrations went really smooth. Another thing that I like about Froogal is that we did not have to allocate a dedicated resource to manage the platform. The way Froogal has allowed us to create a very personalized and customized referral program is something that I like the most. You can reward both the referrer & the referee and it’s a win-win. I never thought that referral programs would get us so many new customers which in fact turn into loyal customers with the platform’s consistent engagement and great experience.
