I love the direct 1-click attachment feature to Adagio transactions—it’s a game-changer because I can access any invoice, receipt, or support document right from inside Adagio without switching programs or searching folders. This feature alone cuts audit time by 70% by eliminating the need to manually search for files. The rock-solid security and permission control are also top-notch for us. We can set extremely granular access so that staff can only see the documents relevant to them. This makes it way more secure than shared drives and eliminates unauthorized views of sensitive financial documents. Additionally, the initial setup was straightforward and smooth, especially since it’s built exclusively for Adagio Accounting. **What do you dislike about ENet Docs?** I find the limited workflow automation a bit frustrating. Right now, ENet Docs is strong for storing and linking documents to Adagio, but it lacks built-in workflow automation like automatic approval routing for invoices, smart notifications, or rule-based document categorization. We still handle approvals outside the system, which adds manual steps. Also, for a high-volume finance team, batch operations are critical, and areas like bulk upload with auto-tagging by vendor, customer, or GL account, as well as bulk move, rename, or archive documents, and bulk export for audit packages, could use improvement. **What problems is ENet Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?** ENet Docs centralizes financial documents, integrates with Adagio for effortless audits, and manages compliance without scattered files. Work with API access. 6.You can manage any data structure mainly maintaining storage hierarchy. 7.Offline access is great which makes our workflow easy during internet shutdown. **What do you dislike about ENet Docs?** I hate the fact that sometimes there is a lag while uploading and we kind of need to restart the upload, there is no data loss here which is good, but time-consuming though. There should a way continue the upload instead of breakdown and redoing the upload. **Recommendations to others considering ENet Docs:** I would say go-ahead, later you would want to move ahead with a another product as per environmental changes. **What problems is ENet Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can now place data and access it anywhere remotely when needed. I found increasing the text size helps but then its too large on the screen for normal use. **Recommendations to others considering ENet Docs:** This software is easy to setup and use, it does NOT use SQL and is Web based. Getting documents into the system is as easy and copying a file to a special folder, Emailing, or Printing to a special printer. **What problems is ENet Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Documents are now online and not in a file cabinet.
