We can set extremely granular access so that staff can only see the documents relevant to them. This makes it way more secure than shared drives and eliminates unauthorized views of sensitive financial documents. I find the limited workflow automation a bit frustrating. Right now, ENet Docs is strong for storing and linking documents to Adagio, but it lacks built-in workflow automation like automatic approval routing for invoices, smart notifications, or rule-based document categorization. We still handle approvals outside the system, which adds manual steps. Also, for a high-volume finance team, batch operations are critical, and areas like bulk upload with auto-tagging by vendor, customer, or GL account, as well as bulk move, rename, or archive documents, and bulk export for audit packages, could use improvement.
