Digital Change Orders is a mobile-first tool that helps contractors create, price, and get change orders signed on the jobsite - in under 2 minutes. Most contractors lose thousands every year on undocumented scope changes. A client says "can you also do this?" and the contractor says "sure, I'll write it up later." Later never comes, and when the invoice hits, the client doesn't remember agreeing to the price. Digital Change Orders fixes this by making the process so fast there's no excuse to skip it: - Create a change order from your phone - describe the change, set the price, add schedule impact - Send it instantly via text, email, or shareable link - Collect a legally binding digital signature on-site before work begins - Every change order is timestamped and stored as a signed PDF No app download required for the client. No training needed. No monthly contracts to manage your entire business - just the one tool that protects your margins. Built for general contractors, remodelers, subcontractors, and specialty trades running residential and light commercial projects. The rule is simple: no signature, no work. Digital Change Orders makes following that rule take 90 seconds.
