This is great for being able to monitor the status of different items within a project and assign or reassign tasks as needed. i like the overall look and feel of the program...very user-friendly. there are some really cool features such as trackers, tasks, source codes, and discussions as well that are very useful and advanced for what we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digital.ai TeamForge?

we do not have great customer support for this program, as we have limited resources. fixing issues or trying to get customization is hard and the wait times are not great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

you can use this to release documents, as it is very user friendly. make sure though, that you will have the support you need and training before use. it is easy to upload with this software as well, just make sure team is fully onboard before using it. it is only as good as its users! the business problems we are trying to solve are that we did not have a repository for official, released documents. we are seeing a huge progress of people actually releasing documents because the program is so user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Team Forge to manage our IT tickets and track the backlog of items on our roadmap as well as to track what new features are going to be pushed to production and when. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It times out rather quickly and you have to relog in. It's not that easy to search for tickets in the search options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool is great for managing your team's efforts on one or more projects. It's great for tracking the status of tickets or artifacts as they call them and allows you to notify others of status updates right through the tool.
