I suppose there are a lot of prep features I can't understand. **What do you dislike about Digital.ai Agility?** If you want to use the product to its fullest potential then you have to follow the version one way of doing things. It doesn't adapt well to existing or custom business processes. You'll spend a lot of time trying to modify both to make them fit. Better to either find a solution flexible enough to fit your process or change your process to match the v1 setup. **Recommendations to others considering Digital.ai Agility:** You've got some work ahead of you. **What problems is Digital.ai Agility solving and how is that benefiting you?** Better visibility into user stories than not having it. ### 2. Lots of features and functionality. **What do you dislike about Digital.ai Agility?** The navigation is horrible. There are an overwhelming number of options from the main menu and the naming conventions make it even more confusing. Plus, there are so many modals and new tabs opened when moving through the app that it’s not always easy to get back to where you started. **What problems is Digital.ai Agility solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using it for backlog items in a scaled agile environment. ### 3. Complex and Focused On Engineering but Good Reporting **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Jon F. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2018 **What do you like best about Digital.ai Agility?** Once a group of users or team adopt VersionOne and populate projects etc, there are great visualizations that can be generated from the data. It takes a lot of work to get to this point but the burn up, burn down, velocity, and other charts are good tools for simplifying large amounts of information for higher ups. **What do you dislike about Digital.ai Agility?** The speed of the web app is...uh, slow. It was very difficult to use especially on our moderate enterprise network. Very frustrating, to be honest. Additionally, the learning curve for getting up and running and productive is large with VersionOne. The price of the flexibility and configurability of this tool is the extensive learning curve. **Recommendations to others considering Digital.ai Agility:** My personal recommendation based upon extensive use for many projects and applications would be to find a different solution for your agile or project management or work-organization needs. VersionOne is too complex, slow, broad, etc to be extremely useful (based upon my experience and the experiences of our 15+ engineering team). **What problems is Digital.ai Agility solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our business unit used VersionOne for about two years in an attempt to implement a blended agile/waterfall development environment. The tool has been used successfully in other business units in our enterprise but, ultimately, VersionOne wasn't useful for our team in the long-term. ### 4. Version 1 was very handy in Prioritization of backlog and Test Driven Development. **What do you dislike about Digital.ai Agility?** Integration with other tools and Kanban boards. **What problems is Digital.ai Agility solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problem: Program Backlog management with multiple Product owners. Benefits: With multiple Product owners, Version 1 was a good one stop shop for backlog management ### 5. I'm really hoping for VersionTwo **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Stephen P. | Engineering Program Manager, Medical Devices, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2016 **What do you like best about Digital.ai Agility?** Managing an Agile project, I really like the Storyboard view: it shows me the salient bits of everything in the current sprint as well as Closed and upcoming in the backlog, on a single screen. Some of the capabilities to generate burndown charts are also very well done, assuming you are happy with what the software produces as-is. **What do you dislike about Digital.ai Agility?** So many things. It's simply not intuitive. I'd happily rip it out in favor of Bugzilla. For issue tracking purposes, the very relevant bits to me include description, attachments, and resolution, but those things take some scanning to find on the issue screen and attachments particularly takes several clicks to access hidden away. The fact that neither the software engineers nor the project managers generally like this tool is pretty indicative of weakness.
