DigitAIse gives UK small businesses an AI assistant, Nova, who handles the back office day and night. Nova reads your inbox and drafts replies in your tone, answers website chat, replies to Google reviews, drafts social posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Business, manages bookings (including WhatsApp booking chats) and researches new opportunities on a schedule. Nothing goes out in your name until you approve it with one tap, from your laptop or phone. Every plan includes a daily brief, key dates (VAT, Companies House, payroll) with reminders, tasks, and a money snapshot with a 30-day outlook from Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent or your bank. Add-ons include Website chat and Webdesigner (a hosted website you edit by chat, on your own domain). Built for cafés, salons, trades, clinics, tutors and other small teams. Set up in about ten minutes, 14-day free trial, data held in London. Plans from £19.99 a month.
