Digit is the most exciting MRP platform on the market today. The software feels built from the ground up, and I believe it’s going to be genuinely disruptive to the ERP/MRP ecosystem. They’re building things the right way from the start and moving incredibly quickly. Their team is very high-touch, responsive, and level-headed. They actively improve the product and deploy new features to meet customer needs, and they’ve created a number of new integrations that help strengthen our overall software stack. The platform is easy to use and requires minimal training because it’s intuitive, which is rare for this kind of software. We’re also impressed by how fast and responsive the interface is. And compared to the thousands others require, the price is hard to beat. What do you dislike about Digit? Digit is a newer entry to the space. It may not have the same depth that some other dinosaur platforms have, but they are constantly adding features and we haven't run into a situation where we couldn't do what we needed to with it. The level of support and partnership. The Digit team was highly responsive, accessible, and willing to work through challenges with us. Some functionality wasn't available immediately. As with many growing platforms, there were occasional gaps in functionality that required workarounds while enhancements were being developed. As someone new to implementing an ERP system in a startup environment, I was impressed by how closely the Digit team partnered with us every step of the way. What stood out most was their responsiveness. Whether we had an urgent issue or needed help understanding a complex process, the Digit team, not just customer support, was always available to help. When the platform didn't fully support a specific need, they worked with us to create interim solutions while developing longer-term improvements. Digit's AI-powered support has also been a great addition. It provides quick answers and helps users find solutions without having to wait for assistance. I love how Digit is our primary ERP system and how it has made inventory management easy with up-to-the-moment checks. I really appreciate that we haven't run into any inventory issues since implementation. I also like that it manages complex builds in production, fitting our business model perfectly, which no other ERP system could handle. The user interface is straightforward and easy to use, which I find important for visibility as an operations manager. I appreciate how quickly Digit's team implements changes and their responsive customer service, which acknowledges our efforts to improve the product. We’ve been using Digit for about a year and it’s been a game-changer for our operation. We use the software daily and we're always able to rely on it. The software is well-structured and intuitive. It’s reliable and consistent, yet still allows us to tailor it for our business needs. What really stands out is the team behind it. They’re always quick to communicate and genuinely care about helping us succeed. Since putting this system in place, we’ve been able to focus more on growing the business and less on worrying about data integrity or things slipping through the cracks.
