**What do you like best about DigiSME HRMS?**

One of the features I truly appreciate about this software is its user-friendly interface. It is easy to understand and navigate, making daily operations smooth and efficient.

Additionally, the support system is excellent. The support team is highly responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist whenever help is needed. Their prompt response and expertise make the overall experience very positive and reliable.

**What do you dislike about DigiSME HRMS?**

It would be beneficial to have extended support availability, ideally 24x7 on weekdays. Additionally, some bulk-processing functionalities need enhancement. For example, modules related to bulk offer letter generation and EPF/ESI implementation do not always work efficiently and could be optimized to improve the overall user experience and operational efficiency.

**What problems is DigiSME HRMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The HR module, payroll module, and attendance module are particularly useful and user-friendly. Features such as employee clock-in and clock-out tracking, leave request management, and employee self-service for updating personal information have made the overall process much more efficient. Another major advantage is the reporting functionality. The system provides comprehensive report generation capabilities, including customized reports, which help us access and analyze employee and payroll data efficiently. This feature saves considerable time and supports better decision-making.

It’s very detailed and offers too many options, which makes it hard to navigate and difficult to remember how everything works without proper guidance or a manual.

DigiSME HRMS helps me manage attendance, leave, and employee records in one place, which reduces manual work and minimizes errors. It also makes tracking clearer, improves transparency, and boosts overall efficiency in day-to-day HR operations.
