I have uploaded our contract for our new employees to sign. When they do, not only does it get saved on the Digisigner portal, but I get an email copy immediately. This makes things much easier for us, both new staff and management. I really enjoyed the ease of use for Digisigner. When I was using other Digital Signature programs, I'd feel overwhelmed by the number of moving pieces involved. Digisigner is like, "here is your document. Here is a place to put your signature!" Pretty much the user flow is super easy to understand, and I had no issues either setting up a document to get signed, or signing. It's straightforward, and to the point. I didn't have any major disagreements with the app, but I wasn't sure if there was a way to set up a multi-document signature series. For example, if I needed to package a number of documents to sign together rather than sending them separately or making one super document with all contained files. It is effortless to use and not cumbersome. It allows adding text, checkboxes, initials, and signatures without hassle. Just a simple drag and drop experience. The "multiple signer's" function is also easy to work with and has ordering functions. After making text changes to documents, I can't edit the changes; this is particularly frustrating, considering I must again upload to make modifications. I like the ease of signing for clients. I like the ability to create folders. I like being able to have templates to ease the process a bit. I have not used that many of other competitors, but I know clients have said they had better ease signing using Digisigner. I do know their pricings are what attracted me. I dislike not being able to pick the language for the client. I have many clients who only speak Spanish and it has not been helpful to them and has created more work for me. I am not sure if anything is being done. Right now I have to translate some of the messages myself. I would love to have the ability to pick in which language the email should be sent.
