I like the Simplicity of the UI on the main page to upload documents. Along with when I'm editing the document to add signatures lines or options like "required". I also like the ability to quickly change the assigned assigner or the email or name of the signer in case I want to use the template for someone elsr or switch who's signing it. After uploading a document as the account holder, When I'm adding a text box from the edit view (not when signing) the text box input on the right of the page is extremely small it cannot be widened. So when I have to put in a lot of text I cannot at all navigate to the lines or sections that I want to edit or create paragraph breaks. It's extremely tiny.

2) I also notice if the text box is too big or wide, after you save and exit, the text box auto adjusts its size to be BIGGER. So the text actually gets cut off of the PDF after I download it. Hard to explain but I replicated it multiple times. Any text box with a large amount of text, even if I keep it within the boundaries of the page, after I save an exit it goes past the boundary of the page when I download it as a PDF and view it. So basically my issue is just with the text box input window and the text box Behavior itself on the document Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My organization often processes agreements and contracts that need at least two signatures from our executive, sometimes three. Digisigner allows me to get those signatures without troubleshooting the problem of printing, signing, and scanning the document many times!

I can't think of too many issues. The only problem I find is that the audit log of signatures is appended to the document when I download it. I began using digisigner nearly a decade ago after becoming frustrated with snailmail. I love how convenient it is for a client to quickly sign contracts, which has increased the percentage of leads I've been able to close on. As a writer, I wholeheartedly endorse DigiSigner for any of your digital signing requirements. DigiSigner came in very handy when I needed to have my beta readers to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). It provided a simple user interface that made the entire procedure simple.

The simplicity of DigiSigner is one of its distinguishing qualities. Both my beta readers and I had no trouble navigating or setting up the documents I needed to be signed, and neither did they have any problems or ambiguity. It simplified the signing procedure as a whole and gave me time back.
