Templates help so much. **What do you dislike about DigiSigner?** Digisigner does not detect fields on PDF documents. It would be nice to upload a document and have the fields automatically updated. Usually we have to create the fields and add them manually although lines exist in the original document **What problems is DigiSigner solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can executed residential leases with multiple tenants at once. There is no longer a need to physically print documents and get wet signatures. Tenants are great, however, not needing to meet with them in person is greater. 😂 ### 2. However I do feel like when requesting a signature from another party. I have not had any issues with it while I have used it. I have used it for a year now. I used to use (now defunct) HelloSign, which made me upload the same doc every time and add the boxes for where to sign and add text every single time. **What do you dislike about DigiSigner?** I honestly haven't come across any issues using DigiSigner so far. The interface is very easy to use, and, as an unpaid customer, I'm getting all of the functionality I could possibly want. **What problems is DigiSigner solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed an online platform for e-signatures that would hold my freelance clients accountable to my contract rules.
