3d printing is an awkward business, each order is customizable. It takes a little time to get used to and the process could be a bit simpler from the get go (I don't know how though) but it does take some setting up because of the customization process to DigiFabster's catering to it's cliental. Much better though than trying a hundred different programs and going a million different directions.
