Another feature I like the most is the budget engine from my administration portal to manage budget requests that arrive every day, allowing me to provide a quick response that is useful and efficient for the client. The support is faster than I expected; they do not delay in responding and are even quicker in solving my problem. We really liked the free trial offer. Using DigiFabster we were able to easily break down our costs by individual parts which helped us ensure we were charging the right price for our products. It also helped us ensure our CAD files were correct and our parts were properly oriented. There was one time when were using DigiFabster and it flagged an issue with one of our CAD files. I had no idea it was able to check them for accuracy/errors but it saved us some headaches and allowed us to quickly fix the problem. **What do you dislike about DigiFabster?** Large learning curve at first. Having better training tools/tutorials would go a long way. My team struggled to find useful learning opportunities so we had to resort to a lot of trial and error when initially learning to use DigiFabster. This greatly speeds up the process of a customer placing an order. It is very straight forward and easy to use as a packaging engineer when working in the manufacturing facility. I enjoyed learning how to use this even though I won't have to use it that often it is very beneficial to know. I used it to 3D print some packaging concepts with our R&D team and then we were able to present these ideas when showing the marketing team. This was VERY beneficial in many ways. Entering in Machine, Widgets, Clients, models and orders is all very easy tasks usually. **What do you dislike about DigiFabster?** I do not really dislike anything about it. I do think their interface could use some improvement when talking ease of use from an outside company trying to learn it by themselves. The options for each interface that you can input could have more fields to give more descriptions. It is a great tool to funnel your sales when you are looking for 3D printing customers. This is great because it is phenomenal at estimating the cost of a model that will printed. It is also great because it has an API that allows you to integrate with your own workflow. **What do you dislike about DigiFabster?** This product is in its early stages and does have minimum functionality. There is limited customization for this product. Other than that I see mostly positives with this product. Other than limited customization; it is is a good price for what they offer. **Recommendations to others considering DigiFabster:** If you are trying to measure out how much material to charge your customer for I strongly recommend this product. Deciding on how much to charge the customer as an early start-up company is a very difficult task and DigiFabster does a great allowing us to do this.
