Moreover, there are several reasons for using Digideck. It has an interesting and easy-to-use interface. In the start, it was a bit difficult to handle all of its automation features but now everything has reached my fingertips. It is the main software that is staying behind our company's success. It transforms our sales into a relationship with our clients and helps us providing the best quality services. **What do you dislike about DIGIDECK?** Some of its editing features are very poor they need enhancement. The first was for prospect presentations. We built a presentation specific to a prospect, based on their needs and requirements. Prior to the meeting we were able to make changes in real time very easily. The end result was a more professional presentation than just a PowerPoint, leaving a lasting and positive impact. The second way we have used DigiDeck is as an "About us" style document that we send out to a larger number of people. Again, it is super professional looking and really impresses those we send it to, all while being super easy to use and update. **What do you dislike about DIGIDECK?** I have not found a downside to using DigiDeck. **What problems is DIGIDECK solving and how is that benefiting you?** Until this point we have strictly used PowerPoint for all of our presentations. PowerPoint is quite outdated and looks it. With DigiDeck, we show a super professional looking presentation that allows us to easily tailor it for each prospect while keeping the branding and messaging consistent.
