Most of the partners recommend digicert ssl certificate instead of thwate. Digicert promises more security features than thwate. **What problems is DigiCert ONE solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have lot of public facing apps and apis. Hence we are using thawte ssl and tls certificates to ensure data is transmitted in a encrypted manner. We use both standard and wildcard. There is not anyway to identify un-used certificates. Thawte has supplied our enterprise with server and code signing certs for literally years. They are a tier one provider, and have excellent response (yes, we have had an issue, but only one, and their CS was sharp, and polite - it was OUR problem). Highest recommendation. **What do you dislike about DigiCert ONE?** Slightly pricey, but when considering this type of product, there is value in the reputation of the org, and the steady service they have provided for literally YEARS. You do not want to consider price only, even though numbers are numbers, there is more at stake here, and the company that stands behind this technology has to be up, and they have to be responsible, and that has worth. If there is something not to like, it is only the realization that we have to be willing to pay for that. **Recommendations to others considering DigiCert ONE:** I would most definitely avoid NetSol/Web.COM (or whatever they are calling themselves this week). GoDaddy has kind os stolen the thunder in this business, but we're headed back to Thawte in just a few months (at this point - and several of us are counting the days).
