I find their service is not working well now. I'm unable to open any documents stored as it wrongly says the internet isn't working properly, despite trying several ISPs and devices. Their customer service is pathetic; they don't reply and when called, you just get a standard voice note saying they're working on it. This has been happening for the last 5 months.
