I especially appreciate Didomi for its ability to manage consents, which allows us to comply with GDPR and CNIL regulations. The platform is highly customizable, which is a big plus, and it is always up to date with the laws, by country. The support is excellent, the collaborators help us with every important update of the law, which allows us to stay up to standards and avoid potential penalties. This saves us a lot of time internally and reduces costs. Didomi is super robust, and the support is perfect, which makes me very happy to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Didomi? I think that regarding the customization of the banner, if we really want something a bit different, we need to go for a lot of custom work. Maybe they could offer a bit more varied templates from a design perspective, which of course comply with CNIL standards. Also, internally, due to technical reasons, there are sometimes triggers that are not always in the right order, synchronous, asynchronous, etc. I think we could improve this part, maybe with some support. Daily user, and governing over 200+ consent notices world wide. Ease of Implementation: The setup process is smooth, and customization options ensure compliance across different regions. Intuitive UI: The platform is user-friendly, and to the point. Excellent Support: The team is knowledgeable, quick to respond, and provides expert guidance when needed. Great Insights & Metrics: The analytics and reporting features offer valuable data for compliance monitoring. Advanced Scanning Developments: The direction Didomi is taking with advanced scanning is promising and has the potential to streamline auditing processes significantly. User management: clear roles and easy to setup. Versioning: great feature that you can see what version has been published and who published. integration: with our GTM containers is easy, can set the datalayer you use, and it will leverage this. The event triggered by Didomi will be easily available and consent given can be used to trigger your tags. Integration with our serversided solution work almost the same. What do you dislike about Didomi? Scanning Features Not Fully Integrated: The scanning capabilities are not yet seamlessly integrated with the consent notice. Manual Vendor Classification: Even though vendors need to be classified by our own DPO, some additional guidance from Didomi would be beneficial. User management: Eventhough different user roles, would like to have more granularity in accessibility. Release management: Current releases mis overview on what has been released and easy rollbacks. No Alerting Functionality: Missing alerts when there are significant percentage changes in tracking, configuration or acceptance rates. A/B Testing Complexity: Setting up A/B testing requires complex JSON customizations, and in some countries, GDPR restrictions make it difficult to implement. Advanced Scanning Still Evolving: While the advanced scanning functionality is promising, it is not yet at the level where it can completely replace manual scanning. Versioning: When developing there is a need to duplicate the consent notice and publish it to test it in Preprod. No option to publish one consent notice first to preprod and later to prod.
