We use a custom 'cookie-wall', where we ask readers to 'pay or consent' - and all the data provided in the dashboard and 'analytics' is wrong.
I understand that Didomi is not meant to be used like this, but since the cookie-wall concept is around for a couple of years now (in Europe), it would be wonderful if it supported it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Didomi is an extremely comprehensive tool for consent management. What I appreciate the most is its ease of deployment, the clarity of its interface, and especially the granularity of the possible settings. The integration with our tracking tools (GTM, GA4, etc.) was seamless. It's a real advantage for ensuring GDPR compliance while maintaining a smooth user experience on our site. The administration interface, although comprehensive, could benefit from being more intuitive, especially for less technical users. Some advanced features require guidance or skill development. The Didomi platform is quite easy to use, designed intuitively especially when it comes to creating and duplicating a consent notice. The reporting area is good. The account dedicated to us responds very quickly and kindly, and we are constantly informed about product updates and Italian and European regulations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The filtering of cookies takes more time and I recommend the integration of the Facettes tool, which is the tool that performs cookie scraping, with Didomi itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The account managers are very available and responsive, which makes interactions smooth and efficient. The platform is clear, well-structured, and allows you to easily find what you need. Even without specific expertise on the subject of consent, the interface remains intuitive and the support offered is both reassuring and relevant. The customization of texts remains complex and not very intuitive. As soon as one wishes to integrate CSS or HTML to adapt the format, a new submission to the legal services is necessary, accompanied by an email to expedite the process — which results in a significant loss of time. It would be really useful to have formatting options directly in the interface, as well as a real-time preview.
