**What do you like best about didlogic?**

We've had a very positive experience. The onboarding process was smooth, and the support from our Account Manager has been excellent throughout.

The web portal is intuitive and easy to use, making day-to-day management straightforward. Integration with our systems was simple and quick, allowing us to get up and running without any major challenges.

From a performance perspective, the service has been reliable, with strong route quality and competitive pricing that delivers good value for money. The platform is also capable of handling our AI-driven calling requirements effectively, which has been an important factor for our business.

Overall, the combination of great support, easy integrations, strong performance, AI capabilities, and competitive pricing makes this a solution we would highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about didlogic?**

At the moment, I can’t think of any significant drawbacks. The service has been reliable, pricing is competitive, support is responsive, and the platform meets our requirements well.

Over the past year, DIDLogic has become one of our primary carriers. They’ve helped us improve the reliability and overall quality of our voice services, while still offering competitive pricing and broad coverage across multiple markets.

**What do you like best about didlogic?**

What I like most is that didlogic just works reliably for SIP and numbers. We use it behind voice-agent workflows, and the call quality has been stable without needing too much manual setup or back-and-forth

**What do you dislike about didlogic?**

The interface could feel a bit more modern, and some setup steps may be confusing at first if you’re not very familiar with SIP or telecom routing. Once everything is configured, though, it works reliably

**What problems is didlogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

didogic helps us connect our voice agents to real phone numbers and SIP trunks without managing carrier relationships ourselves. It saves time, keeps call quality stable and makes it easier to test and scale voice workflows

**What do you like best about didlogic?**

I find Didlogic to be one of the best VoIP service providers in the world. It solves any VoIP-related issues for me, particularly with voice quality, and provides good service when compared to other VoIP services. I also find the initial setup to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about didlogic?**

I need Didlogic to improve by covering local numbers in the Gulf area like Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, and Lebanon. Also, I need Didlogic to support our PBX solutions with multi-tenant capabilities.

**What problems is didlogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Didlogic solves voice quality issues in VoIP services, providing good service compared to other VoIP options.

**What do you like best about didlogic?**

I like the personal service provided by Didlogic, especially having a single point of contact, Vincent, who solves everything. It makes everything easier, more accessible, and less chatbot-heavy, providing quicker solutions and personally tailored services. The initial setup of Didlogic was effortless, as easy as taking candy from a child.

**What do you dislike about didlogic?**

Some destinations do not dial as expected, and there could be more clarity about it. Automatic payment sometimes didn't work for no reason. It would be helpful to write limitations on the price list and improve the payment module.

**What problems is didlogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use didlogic for numbers from varied regions, ensuring reliable calls. The personal service is great, having Vincent as a single point of contact makes things easier and more accessible with quicker, tailored solutions.

Account managers always there and happy to help. Customer support the same. They provide good deals and prices.

**What do you dislike about didlogic?**

Maybe a better version of the Portal with some more advanced dashboard and analytics, APIs for automations, similar to DIDWW

They have connections to support different destinations that other suppliers cannot

2. Provide solutions that satisfy your needs.
3. Number implementation are immediately utilized.
3. Sales/Product Team responds to your query right away.
4. Customer Support/Technical Support assist you in timely manner.

Using the products and service of DID Logic, we don't see any negative or downside.

If we counter issue on calls, the Customer and Technical Team assist you and provide best solution in timely manner.

**What do you like best about didlogic?**

The virtual numbers and answering machine services

**What do you dislike about didlogic?**

I stopped using their services well over a year ago. But to my surprise they were charging me $25 per month for nothing. I had zero phone numbers or services. They don't let you downgrade either.

You can't stop the monthly charges on the website, as it doesn't allow you to do so.

I sent tickets asking for a refund, they won't. Even though they know I havn't used any of their services for over a year. 

Extremely bad business that doesn't care about their customers. I was going to activate a new number today and I was shocked to see they were charging to my business bank account every month for nothing.

End of the day, they dont care! So hopefully anyone wanting to use their services will see this review.

They don't care about their customers and will charge no matter what.
