DictIA Transcription converts audio and video files and recordings into text in Quebec French, with a summary and action items for each transcript. Organizations can run it on their own server (DictIA 8 or DictIA 16) or use a cloud service hosted in Quebec (DictIA Cloud), so recordings and transcripts stay in Canada. It is built for professionals and organizations that handle sensitive recordings, such as meetings, interviews and hearings. It keeps an audit log, relies on open technologies to avoid vendor lock-in, and is designed to respect Quebec's Law 25. DictIA also offers DictIA Transcription live, a separate product that shows live captions on screen and provides simultaneous French-English translation at conferences, symposiums and meetings.
