Now, the insured can contact us online anytime using Viber, Telegram, or WhatsApp. This chatbot offers a lot of capabilities – from booking doctor’s appointments to helping clients submit claims. It helps us process multiple inquiries simultaneously without investing in additional human resources. **What do you dislike about Diceus?** We are satisfied with the services provided, and we have no dislikes. **Recommendations to others considering Diceus:** I highly recommend DICEUS for insurance companies that need to develop a chatbot, mobile app, or other digital channel for better customer experience. **What problems is Diceus solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to reduce the time our operators spent identifying customers. DICEUS helped us create a chatbot to process many inquiries. Before connecting to operators, the chatbot asks customers for their names, policy numbers, and other details. Since operators don’t need to identify a customer, they can start directly communicating about the subject matter of the inquiry. Moreover, some processes are executed without operators’ involvement, for example, sending doctor’s reports can be done by the insured on their own. ### 2.
