What i like best about Dice is how it makes finding tech jobs and candidate super easy. it shows you jobs that match your skills. it feels like it get what you are looking for which makes the whole process smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing i don't love about Dice is that it can feel bit too focused on tech roles,leaving our some other industries. Sometime, the job listings aren't as upto date as i 'd like. make searches even more specific. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dice is solving the problem of connecting tech professionals with the right job opportunities quickly and efficently. it saves me time by showing roles that match my skills, without the endless scrolling. with job recommendations that feel personal,i can focus on position that actually fit my career goals. "Seamless Talent Acquisition: A Comprehensive Review of JobDiva's Integration with Dice"

What do you like best about Dice?

This intergration of dice with job diva helped a lot in finding the candidates and directly adding them to ATS without using the crintell as Crintell take few minutes to load profiles to ATS but with this integration this will happen with the help of few clicks. JobDiva users can seamlessly post job openings on Dice, as well as view and manage resumes from applicants without needing to leave the platform. This results in a more efficient way to source candidates, eliminating the need for multiple platforms and reducing time spent on administrative tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dice?

What problems is Dice solving and how is that benefiting you?

The integration features actually helps in enhancing the accuracy of candidate recommendations, improving the chances of finding the right fit for a job. Recruiters can also filter candidates based on skillsets, experience, and location, which is critical for specialized tech roles. What do you like best about Dice?

The best thing about Dice is that the interface is very impressive and easy to use. I can apply filters to get excat match for my job. As a technical recruiter, it helps me to get the best match for my job recquirements to get maximum number of placements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most aweful thing in Dice, I found is that there are so many profiles that neither have contact number nor email or they have just mentioned the linkedin profile link so it make difficult for me to reach them regarding the job opening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a technical recruiter, Dice is the finest resource for me to find the right candidate and establish a connection with my clients anytime they have technical requirements. With its user-friendly interface and new option for connecting with applicants, it saves me time while sourcing.
