We are into Staff Augmentation. Since past 27 years now. So Dice is used by my team for searching IT professionals. We work with Public and private enterprise both. We get lot of resources from Dice platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dice?

1. Profile mismatch(sometimes) what we get on Dice and while verifying them on LinkedIn.

What do you like best about Dice?

Dice is useful with Boolean search, keyword match, location filters, visa status, and etc.

Dice is used for the most of IT and Technology peoples, so it will be more easily to source the best candidates.

What do you dislike about Dice?

Dice is expensive tool compare to CB and Monster.

What do you like best about Dice?

I recently moved to the USA, and I have been searching for remote contract roles for the past few months. And came across this application called "Dice" through a mutual friend. I have learned that this app is best for locating remote contract jobs. This app is very easy to use. So I applied for roles very frequently suitable for me. Surely this app has many legit open roles, and I also received calls from recruiters. Since they need only GC Holders, I'm unable to attend any interviews. Dice interface feels outdated as compared other platforms like Linkedin, because of which it does not feel easy to use.

I find Dice to be a good platform for finding jobs in the United States, especially genuine tech jobs. I also appreciate the good vendorships and connections it provides.
