**What do you like best about Dice?**

This platform is now a must-have tool as it has almost every kind of skilled candidate. Also, the UI and dashboard are easy to operate. The filters for modifying the search results are really amazing and provide the best and most relevant results. Apart from that, it has all the standard and high-level jobs such as ML, AI, data science, etc. It is one of the best-recruiting tools and job boards.

**What do you dislike about Dice?**

Some profiles which we select are incomplete or without details which leads us to go to other resources to complete the recruitment processes. Also, it needs to bring some good changes to its searching algorithm to make it more perfect.

**What problems is Dice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform is used by all our recruiters on a daily basis to fulfill external and internal needs. It has almost every kind of profile allowing us to close the active job openings in a specific frame of time. Overall, good and perfect sourcing and recruiting tool with good automation features.

Tracking candidates is now much easier with this platform and we can manage their data/activities throughout the whole interview process. The database is good and updated with lots of skillsets and job profiles.

**What do you dislike about Dice?**

A good learning curve can make the best out of its features, especially for beginners. There are some created candidates as well who have fake contact information or have multiple accounts which are just time-wasting and wastes the resume quota.

**What problems is Dice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are dealing in the recruitment industry. So, this tool is very much of use for us. It provides us with lots of features helping us to close the active job profile which our lead clients provide us on weekly basis.

The portal is pretty easy to use and operate. The plans are much more economical and affordable. The database is good enough to search for jobs and employees within a specific area with skills. It has a good talent pool of freshers and experienced candidates. Also, the Intelli search feature is outstanding and works amazingly with database searching filters.

**What do you dislike about Dice?**

There are lots of duplicate resumes of the same person and do not have genuine contact details for the same. Also, the views they provide in every subscription plan are limited and must be increased.

**What problems is Dice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dice is helping me in recruitment for my organization as we are managing the recruitment for our country as well as for other countries too. Here, searching for a talent pool s really easy and comfortable as compared to other job boards. Overall, a good tool with good features and good pricing plans.

  ### 15. Useful IT services platform for internal and external recruitment with efficient performance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mahesh R. | Talent Acquisition Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Dice?**

The filters and sorting options are helpful as they can make the arrangement of the searched candidates in a well-mannered way. Also, it shows the candidate's skillsets over their profile to save the recruiters time. Apart from that, the UI and dashboard are well maintained and have lots of amazing featrues.

**What do you dislike about Dice?**

Many fake profiles in the database lead recruiters and HRs to some third-party consultancies. Also, many resumes do not have the contact details of the candidates making it difficult for the recruiters to connect

**What problems is Dice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software has helped my organization for last so many years and it never let us down. We have fulfilled lots of vacancies in technical and non-technical profiles in internal and external recruitment.

we need to download every resume to find the matching skills. earlier usually we can be review the resume by finding the skills without downloading the candidate resumes

**What problems is Dice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we have escalated that we have some issues after integrating with Ceipal. as per the update which we received from Ceipal Dice team will take time till November 1 st 2022 to resolve the issue

  ### 17. A good recruiting and sourcing tool but database is not that much effective

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pia S. | Technical Recruiter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Dice?**

It is a good platform if we are looking candaites for some bigger and more popular profiles. It gives good results when we search using the skillset and some basic experienced-based search for the candidates into the database. It can be your good friend if you are into IT recruitment. it also helps in fetching the profiles from social media networks like LinkedIn. The cost is also good and under the budget.

**What do you dislike about Dice?**

I am not happy with the mobile version of this platform as it gives the feel of such a creepy and very outdated application. the UI needs to get improved and attractive. Also, the database does not have resumes for some rare profiles and it is not suitable for non-IT recruitment.

**What problems is Dice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Although, I am using Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed for hiring purposes. But, especially for the IT profiles, my first choice is CareerBuilder. It has some good profiles and candidates for those prifles. It works well and I am satisfied with the [performance and their technical support team which is quite helpful. Overall, I am having a good time using this platform.

  ### 18. Good Job Portal for IT Requirements.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Venkatesh G. | Talent Acquisition Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Dice?**

A good number of profiles for particular skill sets. Can find candidates for even niche skill requirements.

**What do you dislike about Dice?**

The cost is high. Intelli search results are not relevant to the search. Very less profiles for non-IT Requirements. There is no power search like Monster. We have to know to use boolean strings for sourcing profiles. Intergrating Dice with Crelate is not good. The UI is very Difficult if we intergrate it in any ATS, plus using DIce Seperately shows new profiles but intergaring to ATS shows old resumes only, it takes 2-3 days to update and show new profile if we interegrate in ATS. Dice needs to improve its posting option, can't able to post for multilocation.

**Recommendations to others considering Dice:**

Dice is a good Sourcing portal for your IT Requirements.

**What problems is Dice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are sourcing candidates for our Direct Client Requirements. We can contact candidates directly through email or phone and place them for our requirements. We have placed some candidates by sourcing through Dice.

  ### 19. Dice - A job portal for your recruiting needs.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohan R. | Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Dice?**

Dice is a good platform for your job search and recruiting needs. The software is easy to use, and the user interface is excellent. There are a lot of filters and features that one can use for both their job search as well as recruiting needs. The website works well without a lag or any issue. There are other features like job posting, which makes it easy for recruiters like me to post positions and find the best talent in the market. The application can be integrated with other softwares and can be used simultaneously or in tandem.

**What do you dislike about Dice?**

There is nothing to dislike about Dice software; it's working excellent and providing its services efficiently. However they can improve a bit on the overservice of the website.

**Recommendations to others considering Dice:**

The application works perfectly when integrated with other software, I am using Dice with my organization's internal software, and it works perfectly fine on that.Dice

Very impactful and straightforward UI. You can easily search for jobs based on the skills and resume you set up in your profile. Also, you can directly apply via the apply option or through the external links of the employer. Dice is fantastic.

Most of the portals we have tried was not been able to cut down clutters and unwanted results. We have seen them progressing each year to make the tool adaptive and a recruiter friendly search portal.

**What do you dislike about Dice?**

**What problems is Dice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dice is very easy find out co operate people like green card holder or citizen.

  ### 27. Very good for recruiting IT staff

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2018

**What do you like best about Dice?**

DICE is the "original" technology job search/posting solution. Even today with other options like LinkedIn, GlassDoor, and Indeed, DICE holds its own by having a solid pool of candidates and employers

**What do you dislike about Dice?**

Unfortunately, companies are able to put, placeholder resumes on DICE so you might find a candidate you like, but it isn't actually a specific person, but a placeholder that when you contact the person, the company sourcing the candidates says they have equivalent people, but not the person you thought you were looking at or interested in. There should be a way to verify and ban submissions like that.

**Recommendations to others considering Dice:**

DICE works well for us since we are interested in IT staff, but it might not be the right tool if you need non-technical staff. LinkedIn might be better for that.

**What problems is Dice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 31. A Great Place to Find Techies

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2017

**Describe the project or task Dice helped with:**

My firm mostly uses Dice to source for candidates for various positions such as engineering, intelligence/counterintelligence, network administrators, along with those who have served in the military and work with the DoD (Department of Defense).

**What do you like best about Dice?**

I like the functionality and how simple it is to use. You can either conduct a regular search, or a boolean search, and the candidates that come up are usually spot on with what we're looking for.

**What do you dislike about Dice?**

Some of the search options could be a bit better, such as looking for those with security clearances. It would be much easier if the dropdown box had the different clearances to pick from, as opposed to just a simple 'yes' or 'no'. Also, there have been many times when the search would bring up people completely unrelated to the filers suggested.

**Recommendations to others considering Dice:**

If you're looking for someone with security clearances, you will be able to find them after some sifting, but it can be difficult.

  ### 32. Contract and low level IT staffing must

Easy interface, good sorting tools, simple to find the general skillset that you're looking for quickly

**What do you dislike about Dice?**

No always the best talent for hard-to-fill jobs, many out-of-date and duplicate profiles, and many H1B holder phone numbers - not always direct candidates.

**Recommendations to others considering Dice:**

If you have a lot of contract roles or basic web development skills and need a volume of candidates, this is an effective tool for populating your database and finding available candidates.

  ### 33. Helpful but it has it's limitations

**What do you like best about Dice?**

Very searchable database of qualified resumes.

**What do you dislike about Dice?**

Would love to see an increase in the number of profiles.
