It has really streamlined our process for booking car spots in the garage. It’s easy to use and very helpful for day-to-day scheduling. The only area that could be improved is the reports section. It would be great to have an option to generate reports without weekends (since we’re an office space), because that would give us more accurate percentages. I really like that Dibsido is very easy to use and the cost is very reasonable. In fact, to be honest, we fit into the free plan, so we don't have to pay anything for it right now. This tool is wonderful for us. It's very simple to set up. Each team members has his or her own login account. It is designed for sharing an office and is therefore a much better solution than just sharing a calendar. We are not using all of the features (such as sharing a parking space too). It is nice to know those features are there if we need them in the future. Our application is very simple. Just 3 people sharing an office to avoid conflicts. We can see each other's reservations and schedule our appointments at different times. Extremely easy setup, multiple users added with a click. Multiple log in methods (SSO, etc.) made it favourite with IT. Simple but effective interface, I love the Parking map - such a simple feature but because it's interactive it makes things easier to visualise. Never had any problems after setting up, runs reliably - can edit users parking places and groups without issues. Phone app is a great addition (would have got a dislike if not available). We tried Outlook calendars, it turns into a mess after you add over 10 parking places - it was unreliable, took multiple bookings and was slow to refresh. Management & users were unimpressed. I really like that Dibsido is easy to use and easily scalable as we grow without a huge price tag. It's simple and just what we need. All work well, but some small things could be improved like staying signed in on the app, seeing the 'desk' availability as a calendar with each bookable space as a column and the time as rows. The designers truly did an excellent job - the modern, clean design allows for instant orientation and working with the application without unnecessary learning. Key advantages: A clear dashboard that provides all essential information at a glance Extremely easy and intuitive method of booking workplaces and parking spaces Top-tier user support that genuinely listens to client needs What particularly caught our attention was the developers' approach to customer requirements. When we raised specific functionality requests, the Dibsido team implemented them within an incredibly short 3 weeks.
