
DiamanteDesk has features that are very useful to my organization. To begin with, customization on the platform makes us create an easy-to-learn work environment for our new support agents. On the other hand, it has an automation system, supervised by our agents that makes the assistance process much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Spam messages are really annoying to delete, because they cannot all be selected at the same time, the selection has to be one by one making us waste time that we can invest organizing the tickets that arrive at the portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
