DialSprint is a cloud contact center with a power dialer for teams that make and take calls. Agents work from the browser with a built-in softphone, no hardware or desk phones needed, and supervisors see the whole floor live. Outbound calling: campaigns with several dialing modes, from a preview where the agent decides when to dial to modes where the dialer calls several contacts per agent and connects whoever answers. Campaigns pull from lists and segments, follow cadences and retry rules, and schedule callbacks for the agent who booked them. Every call ends with a disposition that decides what happens to the contact next. Inbound calling: lines go to an IVR or straight to inboxes, with ring groups in layers, business hours and holidays, and a routing simulator to test before going live. Calls can be transferred, parked and picked up again. One thread per contact: calls, voicemails, recordings, internal notes, SMS and WhatsApp live together in a shared inbox, so anyone on the team picks up the conversation where it was left. WhatsApp runs on your own WhatsApp Business account. Supervision and reporting: a live wallboard with every agent's status and time in state, listen, whisper and barge into any call, custom agent statuses, reports and exports, and an activity log of who changed what. Dialing rules are built into the dialer: calling windows in each contact's own time zone, do-not-call and suppression lists, and caps per contact. When a call is blocked, the reason is shown instead of being skipped silently. For developers: a public REST API and outgoing webhooks to sync contacts, calls and campaigns with your CRM. Pricing: no per-seat or monthly fees. You top up a prepaid balance and pay only for the minutes, SMS and phone numbers you use, at each destination's rate, with as many users as you need.
