The platform ships three agents, used individually or together. AI Sales Agent — outbound prospecting. Upload an opted-in contact list, set the script, calling window and target profile, and the agent dials, qualifies each prospect against your ICP, handles objections in real time, and books qualified meetings. Calls run from a dedicated number and every conversation is transcribed. AI Receptionist — inbound call answering, 24/7. It greets callers, answers questions from your business information, screens calls, takes messages, and books appointments against live calendar availability, covering after-hours and overflow so inbound calls do not go to voicemail. AI Follow-up Agent — automated follow-up calling. It calls when a lead fills in a form, a quote or proposal goes unanswered, a trial is ending, or a payment, invoice or document is outstanding, covering sales, customer and administrative follow-ups. Compliance is built in rather than bolted on. DialsDone is designed for opted-in B2B contact lists, with calling-hour restrictions, in-call opt-out detection and do-not-call logging enabled by default. Customers remain the caller of record and the data controller; DialsDone does not scrub contact lists on their behalf. Separately from the software, DialsDone also operates a human cold calling service for teams that want trained people on the phone. It runs on two models: pay per dial ($1 per dial), or pay per meeting ($0 set up fee). A meeting counts as held only when both parties join and the call runs at least ten minutes, and prospect no-shows are never charged. This service is billed against a prepaid balance and does not use the AI subscription plans.
