DialScript Reviews & Product Details

DialScript, is a Windows app that automatically tests phone menus (IVRs). You write a script of what a caller would say and press, and it dials in, plays the steps, records the call and transcribes it. It uses your own Twilio account, so there’s no per-seat service and no data leaves your control. It works with any phone system you can dial, including Amazon Connect. DialScript is available as a free demo with 15 test calls, or as a one-time license from $249. Try it at dialscriptapp.com.
