What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

I love that dialpad talk can be integrated into the systems that we use at my employer. That way when I need to quickly call someone it sees their phone numbers in our system that we use and even in gmail. Makes it so easy and quick to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

One thing I would like is if just the text message volume can be changed because when I do have headsets on and the individuals I talk to on a regular I usually have to blast the volume. So the text message is usually very loud! but I turned off text notifications for now and that works too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dialpad makes my work so much easier. Being able to save contacts, text them and call from one area makes things every easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
