What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

App functions like a second phone on your phone and computer. Calls are clear and I have never experienced any dropping. Love that I can text through the app and keep work and personal messages separate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

Some strange interactions with activating on the phone when your headset is plugged into the computer. This has cause confusion since I can't hear through my headset since the call connected on my phone. The fix is to hang up, turn off the device you're not using and call again on the device you want to call through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dialpad keeps work and personal life calls/messages separate. Calls are clear and contact information can include LinkedIn URLS, emails, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
