Ease of use for looking up contacts, The app on the iPhone is great/easy to use as well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

Sometimes the app will switch back and forth from its interface to my phone when I have the speaker phone on which can cause minor issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
