"Too Complex and Frustrating for Small Businesses"
1/5
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

VOIP business line with video calling features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

It was extremely difficult and frustrating to use as a small business. It's geared to be managed by an expert in VOIP and IT systems. It was difficult to change different settings as they were located in different areas. The voicemails transcriptions was always wrong, inserting words and symbols in the text, so I always had to go and hear the voicemail. The import contacts function did not work. I was never able to use the contacts to call clients and had to input their numbers it time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unified, Mobile, and Smart—Streamlining Team Huddles"
4/5
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

Dialpad Connect brings voice calling, team messaging, video conferencing, and SMS together in a single, clean interface. It feels consistent and works the same way across desktop apps, web browsers, and mobile devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

To get the most advanced AI features, you have to subscribe to their higher-tier plans or purchase them as add-ons. If you have a large team where only a few people actually need deep analytical recaps, paying a premium for the entire user base can cause the software costs to escalate quickly. "Efficient Communication Tool with Stellar AI Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

I use Dialpad Connect to interact with my company teammates and truck drivers, mainly through voice calls. I like how easy it is to handle more than one call at the same time and transfer calls without disruptions. The fact that I can use Dialpad Connect on both my cell phone and PC is a big plus. I'm pleased with the AI integration, which provides summaries, transcripts, and recordings of each call, making it easier to review information from past conversations and keep accurate records. Setting it up was very easy, and I managed to get it going on both my devices quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

The only thing I dislike is that it tries to run an update more than once a week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Call Management with Helpful AI Summaries and Transcripts"
4/5
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

The platform is intuitive & easy to use, especially for managing calls and communication in one place. The AI-powered call summaries and transcripts are genuinely useful for follow-ups and tracking conversations. Call quality and reliability have also been strong overall, and the interface makes onboarding fairly straightforward for teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

Sometimes the platform can feel slightly laggy during high call volumes, and a few advanced admin/customization settings are not very intuitive to configure initially. Additionally, some integrations and reporting features feel a bit limited compared to more mature enterprise communication platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick and easy to use"
5/5
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

The system is very user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate even for new users. The layout is clear, with well-organised menus and straightforward processes that reduce the time needed to complete tasks. The system is reliable, responsive, and helps improve efficiency by simplifying everyday workflows. Overall, it provides a positive user experience and has made day-to-day work much easier and more productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

One area that could be improved is the call notification. At times, incoming calls do not ring for long enough before stopping, which can make it easy to miss calls. Extending the ring duration would help ensure users have enough time to answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Communication Across Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

I like that Dialpad Connect is easy to use, which is really important for our team as we have both onshore and nearshore members. We can all use it to make calls using a main line as well as our individual lines. It's very helpful that we still have access to our main business phone number, so we can see who calls and text messages. The initial setup was really smooth, and it doesn't require much training because it's very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Setup and Customizable Dashboard, but Issue Resolution Can Be Lengthy"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

Their dashboard is easy to use and straightforward to set up. Their customer service is very responsive, and the price point feels fair for what you get. It’s also very customizable, which makes it easier to tailor to what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

When issues do come up, they can be difficult to resolve and sometimes require a lengthy solution. Also, if you manage multiple businesses with the same employees, that setup can be a bit rough to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
