"Dialpad Connect: Trusted platform to place Calls and AI Transcription in a single platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

The best feature of Dialpad Connect that I like is that it allows me to manage the calls, messages and meetings on one platform with ease. The call quality is reliable. Using AI as the power behind the app, it is easy to follow a conversation and enhance communication through functions like live transcription and call summaries. It is easy to use and is compatible with remote and hybrid teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

The only negative aspect of Dialpad Connect is that certain advanced features and reporting capabilities are not as powerful as the ones of traditional phone systems. The quality of the calls might be poor in case of the unstable internet connection and certain integration may need additional configuration. The system is also simple to operate in geeral, although the more advanced customization requires time to master. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dialpad Talk for our Rental Business Phone Needs"
4/5
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

Resolve function for voicemails is incredibly helpful when working with teams. I have also enjoyed the aesthetic updates given to Dialpad in the recent months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

Occasionally we received "missed calls" - but the phone doesn't ring or notify any available agents.

If I type in a phone number on the Dialpad iPhone app, it often asks me to "allow copy and paste." I am not copy/pasting a number, but typing it in digt by digit. Not sure why this happens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple VOIP Client with Great AI Meeting Recaps and Flexible Calling"
5/5
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

Dialpad is a simple-to-use VOIP client with great AI tools for recapping and summarizing meetings. The website is easy to navigate, and the admin area makes it straightforward to view reports and see real-time user activity. It also offers flexibility in choosing which device you receive calls or texts on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

Setting up the IVR was not intuitive at all. Dialpad customer service also wasn’t very helpful when we ran into issues.

That’s been a major theme with them. It can be difficult to get in contact with your dedicated rep, and it often feels like they avoid taking meetings or addressing complaints. I even had a Dialpad rep schedule a meeting with me to “review changes in the platform” for our company, but it ended up being a sales call, even though I asked multiple times whether it would be. "All-in-One Communication Made Easy with Dialpad’s AI Transcription & Analytics"
5/5
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

What I like best about Dialpad is that it brings all communication tools—calls, messages, and video meetings—into one platform. It’s easy to use, works across multiple devices, and the AI-powered features like call transcription and analytics really help improve productivity and communication efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

What I dislike about Dialpad is that while it has great core features, some advanced tools can feel limited or locked behind higher-tier plans. There are also occasional call quality issues depending on internet stability, and the interface, while modern, can take a bit of time to fully get used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Overall satisfied"
4/5
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

The most helpful part of Dialpad is convenience. No longer do we have to deal with the limitations of a traditional phone system. I can receive calls and texts on my direct line wherever I happen to be located. Calls can easily be forwarded to me.

Additionally, the flexibility of the system is impressive. I can receive calls whenever I wish and set times when I am not available. We can use a variety of capabilities - or not. It is up to us and we can determine the amount of technology we use and pay for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

There is occasionally a drop in service.

Additionally, sometimes it can take a second or two for service to begin after we answer a call. The result is that we may answer a phone call, but your client does not hear us answer and greet them. If we do not repeat the greeting, the client might feel like the call never connected and hang up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

What some users dislike about Dialpad Connect is that call quality can be inconsistent, especially with weak internet connections, leading to dropped calls and interruptions. Many also mention limited advanced features and reporting compared to traditional systems, which can restrict customization. Technical support and troubleshooting can sometimes be slow or frustrating, causing delays in resolving issues. "Great for Connecting Candidates and Expanding Networks"
5/5
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

I like the AI-powered features in Dialpad Connect, such as real-time transcription, call summaries, and voice intelligence Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

Dialpad Connect could improve by making AI transcriptions more accurate in noisy environments and for different accents. Faster performance during peak usage, more customization for notifications and workflows, and deeper integrations with third-party tools would also enhance the overall user experience. "Dialpad connect-All-in-One Calling with AI Notes and Seamless Device Switching"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

For me, the best feature is the built-in AI, which automatically takes notes and summarizes conversations. I also really like that it lets you move a live call between your computer and your phone without hanging up, so switching devices feels smooth and seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

Dialpad Connect has a few downsides, especially inconsistent call quality that can sometimes lead to choppy audio. On top of that, useful features like 24/7 phone support and key app integrations are only available on the more expensive pricing tiers, which I find frustrating. "Seamless User Management with Dialpad Connect"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

I like that Dialpad Connect has options to manage users properly. They provide detailed reporting and analysis about the calls, which is really helpful. Reporting helps me understand how many calls have been made, how many connected, the talk time, and it gives me a quick summary of how the calls went. I also appreciate the tags that summarize the nature of the calls, like if they were scheduled, not interested, or nurturing. The initial setup was pretty smooth because we were given a dedicated account manager, which made the process easy. We were able to get up and running very quickly, and people can access it easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

I think sometimes when I call the African region, there is a bit of lag on the call. So that connectivity issue could be something that could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable business phone system with excellent call quality and features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

We've been using Dialpad Connect as our business phone system, and overall it's been a really positive experience. It's a dedicated platform that does exactly what it's sets out to do. Call quality has been consistently excellent, reliability has been solid, and we've had very few technical issues.

The platform is modern, easy to use, and includes a strong feature set for businesses that need a cloud-based phone solution. Day-to-day, it's been dependable and the technology has worked exactly as expected.

It's definitely positioned towards the higher end of the market in terms of pricing, but if reliability, functionality and a polished user experience are priorities, it's a platform I'd recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

The only area where we've experienced some challenges is with CRM integrations. While the integrations are useful, they aren't always completely seamless. That said, I think that's more of a reality of connecting two complex systems than a problem unique to Dialpad, and I don't think you'll ever achieve a truly perfect integration in every environment.
