I like that I can use Dialpad Connect on my computer so I don't have to use my phone to text clients. It allows me to type really fast, copy and paste everything, and open up documents seamlessly. The AI transcript feature is also helpful because I talk to a lot of different people every day, and it helps me remember what we talked about a couple of days later, so I don't have to ask the client the same question over and over. Nothing in particular, but it’s really frustrating when the salesperson who sold you the product leaves after making some promises, and then a new salesperson comes in who doesn’t know what we’ve already been through. That’s a real pain. I hope Dialpad can have a more stable team on the sales side to maintain a good relationship.
