It was extremely difficult and frustrating to use as a small business. It's geared to be managed by an expert in VOIP and IT systems. It was difficult to change different settings as they were located in different areas. The voicemails transcriptions was always wrong, inserting words and symbols in the text, so I always had to go and hear the voicemail. The import contacts function did not work. What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you? Helped to have a voip line for my business, but it was too complex for a small business. Switched to Quo. Works great. I use Dialpad Connect to interact with my company teammates and truck drivers, mainly through voice calls. I like how easy it is to handle more than one call at the same time and transfer calls without disruptions. The fact that I can use Dialpad Connect on both my cell phone and PC is a big plus. I'm pleased with the AI integration, which provides summaries, transcripts, and recordings of each call, making it easier to review information from past conversations and keep accurate records. We can all use it to make calls using a main line as well as our individual lines. It's very helpful that we still have access to our main business phone number, so we can see who calls and text messages.
