I also like the customer support, which is very helpful and quick to respond, making interactions smooth and efficient. I like that I can use Dialpad Connect on my computer so I don't have to use my phone to text clients. It allows me to type really fast, copy and paste everything, and open up documents seamlessly. The AI transcript feature is also helpful because I talk to a lot of different people every day, and it helps me remember what we talked about a couple of days later, so I don't have to ask the client the same question over and over. Some of the image quality is not the best transferred over when I open it up in a new tab. I don't like how it sends an automated text saying that the recipient can opt out by saying stop, especially when they're clients I've already talked to. It looks a little scammy. Nothing much but just like SalesLoft - it should have the time zone feature too. Overall it's been a greate expirence, I love Mobile app more better than Deskotp. I can trasfer the call between devices as well as Saleforce platform. Nothing in particular, but it’s really frustrating when the salesperson who sold you the product leaves after making some promises, and then a new salesperson comes in who doesn’t know what we’ve already been through. That’s a real pain. I hope Dialpad can have a more stable team on the sales side to maintain a good relationship.
