First, we primarily use simple mail marketing features, and we love it. The simple yet complete tools enabled us to improve our relationship with our community. The second is all the data integration made possible by the APIs. This integration keeps our data in sync with our IT ecosystem. As of right now, we don't use 100% of its capabilities, and in the future, we may encounter some things we dislike worth mentioning, but almost everything is good. The only possible improvement would be a simpler and faster API. Initially, our developers had to get accustomed to Dialog Insight APIs. What's more, the APIs could process a little faster.
