They seem new at this business but are willing to develop. Their staff is responsive and are a pleasure to work with. **What do you dislike about Dialog Insight?** You have to pay for everything. Zero free customer support. Any automation outside of auto-responder, you have to pay their development team to create it for you at $100/hour. Any time you have a question about a certain functionality, you are charged for emailing or calling them. Their staff is very nice and responsive, however, if you are in the U.S., be prepared for a language barrier. **Recommendations to others considering Dialog Insight:** Would like them to experience functionality of other ESPs so they know what their competition is like. **What problems is Dialog Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had problems with deliverability at our previous ESP which used a shared IP. Dialog Insight allows you to use a dedicated IP (like most enterprise level ESPs).
